High Efficiency DC Inverter Compressor
- DC inverter compressor utilizes permanent magnet motor technology for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- At complete stop, the magnets position the rotor optimally for a low torque start.
Multiple Compressor (ZPRV Series 25 Ton and Above)
- By cycling off compressor operation to match building load, no energy is wasted.
- No total shutdown when servicing or repairing a faulty compressor.
Environmentally Friendly Refrigerant
- ZPRV Series uses R410A, an environmentally friendly refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential.
- Optional R32 new refrigerant gas.
High Efficient Condenser Coil
- Staggered row of inner groove tubes with 25-30% more surface area for better heat transfer.
- Mechanically expanded into die-formed corrugated aluminum louver fins for high heat exchange efficiency.
- Leak and pressure tested up to 650 psig.
Fully Leak Tested Refrigerant Circuit
- Compressors, condenser coil, filter drier, thermo-expansion valve, distributor, and evaporator coil are brazed in a completely sealed loop.
- Leak and pressure tested at 650 psig.
- Pressure ports provided on the discharge and suction line.
- Evacuated, dehydrated, and charged with refrigerant gas before shipment.
Casing
- Constructed from heavy gauge galvanized steel.
- Panels painted with epoxy powder for excellent finish, weatherability, and corrosion resistance.
- Evaporator section insulated with closed-cell Polyethylene (PE) foam.
Safety Control
- High-low pressure cutout to protect compressor from high discharge pressure and system leakage.
Automatic Adjustment of Throttling
- Electronic expansion valve adjusts the opening degree automatically.
- Ensures system parameters remain within a reasonable range under all conditions.
- Improves operation reliability and service life.
Drive Package And Blowers
- Belt-driven drive package offers flexibility for various airflow rates and static pressure applications (ZPRC Series 8.5 Ton and above).
- Single large-diameter double inlet, double width blowers (AMCA certified) reduce noise level.
- Eliminates the need for common transition and air unbalance.
